Policies

In order to provide all of our clients with great service and the best experience, OUR POLICIES are as follows:

DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE: A $200 deposit is required to reserve your appointment. The deposit goes toward your service total. If you cancel your appointment 72 hours prior, for any reason, your deposit is NOT refunded.

RE-SCHEDULE/CANCELATION POLICY: Microblading is a time-intensive service. In booking your appointment, we are reserving a designated amount of time specifically for you. If you need to re-schedule/cancel for any reason, we require that you re-schedule/cancel 72 hours prior to the start of your appointment time so that we may be able to offer this time to another client. If you cancel/re-schedule your appointment for any reason, without giving at least a 72 hours’ notice you will lose your $200 non-refundable deposit, and will be required to put down a new additional $200 deposit to secure another appointment time.

TARDINESS: Please plan to arrive to your appointment on time. We want to make sure you have time to make yourself comfortable before the start of your appointment. If you are late it will compromise the amount of time the artist has to spend on your procedure, which in turn compromises your results. In the event that a client is more than 20 minutes late, the appointment may be cancelled, and you will lose your deposit, as we are not able to sell this time to another client.

ALL EYEBROW PROCEDURES ARE MULTI-SESSION PROCESSES. A 4-8 week touch up is recommended after your initial session and it is $200 extra. This allows me to assess the healed result and color and make any adjustments. At the touch up appointment we can address any areas that are lighter or patchy, if can add shading if needed or desired, or go darker with colors. If you are happy with the healed results from the initial session, the touch up is optional.

CLIENT-ONLY IN THE PROCEDURE ROOM: Though a friend or family may accompany you to your appointment, we have learned it is best that they do not sit-in on your procedure. It is important the artist is able to have their full focus on you, the client. Friends and family can be a distraction for both the client and artist.

RIGHT TO REFUSE TREATMENT: Though it is extremely rare, I reserve the right to refuse treatment for the following reasons:

  • Undisclosed skin condition (including sunburn/acne)

  • Under the influence of drugs or alcohol
